How we list suppliers

BioArva does not sell, ship, or guarantee products on this site. A listing states a commercial relationship and a verification checklist. BioArva does not pick a supplier.

Checklist: legal entity and address; a fulfillment record; return and germination-guarantee terms; seed-license or exemption status by marketed state with the statute or department page cited; a 12-month enforcement search; a product-page capture with no disease-cure or yield-guarantee claim, and a certifier record for any organic claim. Review every 180 days; annual evidence review. Overdue listings are inactive.

Report a listing

BioArva keeps what you send here for 12 months after your complaint is closed, then deletes it. Only Michael Emery and BioArva's two review roles can read it. We do not share your name or message with the supplier — only the type of problem and what is needed to fix it. To have it deleted sooner, email the privacy address in our privacy policy.
