Where we ship

United States only. Seed crosses borders under phytosanitary rules we don't take on at our size, so international orders are declined at checkout.

How orders ship

Packet-only orders ship USPS First-Class in a rigid envelope. Pouches, kits, and mixed orders ship USPS Ground Advantage. Orders go out within two business days; sprouting subscriptions ship on your cycle date.

Returns

Seed is a food-safety and germination-integrity item — once a packet or pouch is opened it can't be resold, so we don't accept returns of opened seed. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Germination issues are handled under the Germination Policy, which is more generous than a return.

Subscriptions

Pause, skip, or cancel any time from the link in your order emails. Changes made at least three days before a cycle date apply to that cycle.
